Join our team for a 7-month contract hotel renovation project starting December 2026. We are looking for a Site Supervisor in overseeing the project while also doing hands-on work to ensure the project runs smoothly and safely.
This project has an expected completion date of end of June 2027. The salary for this role is $10,000 per month.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for performing advanced administrative duties as required to support the Vice President, Project Management and overall project.
- Create and maintain schedule
- Provide leadership that results in a safe work culture, responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew under his/her direction, and must understand and accept the importance and legal liability of the role.
- Supervise and coordinate all site-specific construction activities and personnel and sub trades.
- Train and monitor construction crews and subcontractors assigned to project.
- Actively inspects job sites daily to ensure work by subcontractors matches drawings and specifications of the specific project.
- Plan and coordinate trades to meet construction milestones and schedule
- Create a safe jobsite with site specific plans, procedures, documenting and maintaining records
- Assess trade performance ensuring project materials and workmanship meets the project quality standards and design requirements.
- Communicate with and obtain information from engineers, designers, inspectors
- Initiate Request for Information, Purchase Orders and other site documentation
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required
- Experienced in Commercial Tenant Improvement projects, or Hotel renovations.
- Technical, interpersonal, communication, supervision, and dispute resolution skills.
- Understanding and accurately interpreting specifications.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize, be pro-active and tolerant to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication, problem solving and project leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A customer oriented approach to work; ability to work effectively with different people.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, including hotel guests.

Experience and Education
- 5 years experience commercial renovations, tenant improvements, or hotel renovations
- First Aid (OFS Level 1) Certification required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; familiarity with construction practices, carpentry skills, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work is a plus.
- Knowledge of Project Management software (Procore/PlanGrid/Autodesk Build).
- Intermediate computer and MS skills (including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
