The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Vice President, Project Management. As a key member of the Investment & Real Estate team, this role will organize the planning, coordination and execution of capital projects and budgets.
Salary: $53,000 – $70,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for performing advanced administrative duties as required to support Vice President, Project Management and site supervisors as required.
- Coordinate delivery and receipt of packages and samples from vendors.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Liaise with designers, architects, purchasing agents, engineers and associations.
- Assist with projects, including receiving and organizing project documentation from consultants and hotels.
- Receive and catalogue specifications and architectural/engineering/design drawings.
- Distribute and track official documents to consultants required for projects.
- Assist with budget planning and development.
- Issue capital purchase orders and review capital invoice payment requests; follow up with suppliers and consultants as required.
- Coordinate the monthly Project Managers meetings, document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Manage and coordinate the monthly PM project reports.
- Participate in site meetings, document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge in hotel design, procurement, implementation of refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge in procurement of FF&E.
- Knowledge in construction and renovations.
Working Conditions

Experience, Training & Education
- Completion of a college diploma or undergraduate training in interior design and construction.
- 1-2 years experience in a project related role
- Intermediate MS skills (including MS Project, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Project Management software (Procore/PlanGrid/Autodesk Build)
