We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support an 11-month hotel renovation project. This role is based out of our Vancouver Corporate Office, and provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the site crew and Site Supervisor for a project in Saskatoon, SK
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the site team and Site Supervisor, including correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination
- Issue purchase orders and submit vendor invoices for payment
- Manage phone and email communications
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems in compliance with retention requirements
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
- Assist with recruitment of general labourers and trades, including sending onboarding documentation
- Track and manage general labour time and attendance
- Conduct daily periodic site monitoring
A Little Bit About You:
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administration of residential or light commercial construction
- Punctual, reliable, and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable tracking office budgets, expenses, and supplies
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset
- Experience with Procore and/or MS Project is an asset
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay Range: $55,316.11 – $64,443.27
