Investment across SilverBirch’s 20 hotels and seven restaurants will keep guest satisfaction a priority

Vancouver, BC, September 18, 2013 – SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts today announced the launch of Revinate, an industry-leading reputation management software service that will enable SilverBirch to streamline guest feedback and online reviews to further enhance customer experience. The software, designed specifically for the hospitality industry, will be rolled out across SilverBirch’s 20 hotels and seven restaurants, including the new Wild Sage Kitchen & Bar® opening Fall 2013 in the DoubleTree by Hilton™ Hotel and Conference Centre Regina and Stages Kitchen & Bar® opening early 2014 in the DoubleTree by Hilton™ West Edmonton.

Used by more than 23,000 customers in 136 countries, the platform gives SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts a comprehensive view of guest satisfaction expressed through online channels.
