Proceeds from room reservations during December 21 – 27 will benefit local charities
Vancouver, BC, November 18, 2014 – SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is excited to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its Friends In Need holiday campaign to support local communities. For every room reservation made at participating SilverBirch hotels during the week of December 21 to 27, a donation of $10 will be made to a local charity.
“SilverBirch launched the Friends In Need campaign 15 years ago as a way for our hotels to show appreciation for the community’s support,” says Steve Giblin, President & CEO of SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. “The campaign is a terrific way to provide additional value for our guests with a seasonal rate and also the gift of giving back to the community.”
Guests are encouraged to book early for the holiday season to receive special rates ranging from $85 to $149 per night. This year, the target is to raise over $50,000 through hotel room bookings and local fundraising events hosted by the participating hotels.
