If any detail of a meeting or event is less than perfect or does not live up to the promises listed in the Better Meetings Guarantee, we will make it right immediately or a portion of the master bill will be refunded and a credit in the same amount will be provided for the next meeting as well.

- The SilverBirch Meetings Welcome – Every great meeting gets off to a great start! At SilverBirch a designated contact person will greet the organizer on arrival to the lobby or at a meeting room; during that meeting all pre-booked requirements will be discussed and confirmed, as well as all of the hotel facilities are reviewed, including the operations fire safety plan.
- Room Inspection – Prior to every meeting we make sure your room is set up according to your requests.
- Creative Buffet & Coffee Breaks – Our tables and coffee breaks are always tastefully decorated reflecting the season or style of the event. Make sure to request our signature “small indulgence” items for something extra special.
- Complete Meeting Room Tool Kit – Our hotels are equipped with a complete set of office supplies for your use.
- The 24 Hour Hotline – Need to contact us? Pick up the Hotline to reach a friendly member of our catering team at any time, all day.
- The Daily Check-Up – Throughout the day, periodic contacts will be made by a member of our catering team to ensure that all your needs are being met and that your meeting is a success.
