Our revenue generation teams have such industry leading forecasting tools as 4Tell. 4Tell gives a realistic 12-month outlook that allows us to react quickly to low and high demand periods. Our "thrill of the fill", and upselling incentives further engage our rooms division teams to strive for exceptional performance and higher return on investment.

With a careful eye on our markets, the competitive environment, and a realistic view of the future, we can react and be agile so to adjust the strategies necessary to achieve optimal results.

Our dynamic sales and catering teams participate in 3 levels of training in partnership with Achievers - which provide interactive and tailored programs and processes specifically to meet the needs of our valued customers while offering real world solutions and learning outcomes to our esteemed sales force. As well, our team leaders also have the opportunity to participate in tailored training with Achievers to help tune up and stay ahead with the professional leadership qualities required today to succeed.

Managing expenses wisely and effectively is another key to our success. SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts' spending practices ensure that expenses are carefully aligned with demand. Our finance team assists the hotels with processes, tools, and best practices. This includes coaching and mentoring hotels on minimizing risk and optimizing value, while consistently meeting and exceeding our guest and associate expectations.
