We operate over 50 food and beverage outlets in our family of hotels, where the experience reflects the flavours of each region in our lounges, night clubs, casual dining or upscale casual establishments. Our banquet, restaurant and lounge menus showcase regional favourites and signature dishes featuring fresh, local ingredients.
Our expertise in Food and Beverage is reflected in our standards, training and programs: from team training to provide an exciting guest experience to cost control providing a profitable operation. Our solid supplier relationships and National Purchasing programs allows us to obtain savings as well as utilizing Cost Guard as our main tool to reduce our food costs.
Our banquet and meeting space is a key focus as the majority of our hotels can host large groups. Our Great Canadian Meeting Experience standards provide a quality meeting experience, and is designed for the hotel teams to implement and customize to their hotel. Consistent training is lead by our Food and Beverage team in the delivery of the experience as well as our Regional Directors of Sales are coaching the proposal and negotiation of the contracts.
The Fish House in Stanley Park
Set amongst the spectacular gardens and forests of Stanley Park sits the historic Fish House restaurant.
The restaurant offers a fresh and casual concept featuring exceptional seafood, including freshly
shucked oysters, or famous Flaming Prawns as well as a wide variety of micro-brewed beers and an
award- winning wine list.
The Cannery Seafood Restaurant
Located in the scenic Port of Vancouver, The Cannery Seafood Restaurant has been a prime lunch and
dinner destination for business people, locals and visitors since 1971. The Cannery exemplifies
the simple style of a traditional West Coast cannery with a mix of nautical artefacts that complement
the breathtaking view of the harbour and North Shore Mountains. The Cannery offers a wide daily
variety of local and imported seafood. The wine list offers an extensive collection of the best
of Old World as well as West Coast wineries and has won more than 36 Awards of Excellence.

Vic's Steakhouse & Bar in the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre in Canmore/Banff, Mayfield Inn
& Suites in Edmonton and Harbour Tower Hotel & Suites in Victoria provide upscale dining
experiences with menus that focus on Canadian cuisine. Along with a lively collection of Canadian
inspired cocktails, guests can select from an array of award winning Canadian wines.
Aroma Mediterranean Resto Bar
Located in the Radisson Saskatoon, Aroma introduces a dining and beverage experience that features
Canadian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. The theme is fun-casual with the dining room and
lounge built around a wood, stone fired oven!
