SilverBirch's Asset Manager will work with the brand to ensure that the key branches of the business are being maximized and adding value to the asset. These branches include a strong and sustainable market position, capital improvements, determining the highest and best use of land and buildings, guest and associate satisfaction, revenue maximization and margin improvement, risk and environmental management.
