The Security area within SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is pivotal to ensure the safety our guests, our associates and our hotels. Security associates are required to be creative problems solvers and quick thinkers when presented with a challenge. The Security team ensures that each customer, whether internal or external, is treated with the same professionalism, confidentiality and service.
The Security department works closely with each hotel division, conducting constant patrols of the hotel and handling emergencies, reacting quickly and appropriately.
