Night Audit has significant part in the efficient operations of the front desk and audit responsibilities. A passion for numbers and providing a memorable guest experience is essential to this role.
Under the leadership of the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers, the Night Audit team completes daily hotel revenue audits ensuring the highest degree of efficiency, participates in all aspects of ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and oversees all aspects of the Front Desk operations. This department works in partnership with the Front Office, General Manager, Sales Office and other departments to achieve maximum occupancy and profitability.
