The Information Technology (IT) team has a significant role in leading and maintaining all IT initiatives for SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts through effectively managing the technical support function and by providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
IT works closely with all levels of the organization to develop, integrate and maintain diverse databases and provide end user support for hardware, software and local area networks. Additionally, the IT department is accountable for training end users in desktop applications.
