The Human Resource Services role has a vital function in the effective management of SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts most important resource, and the heart of each hotel - our associates. This department improves organizational performance by strategically targeting key areas such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, reward and recognition, labour relations and occupational health and safety. By partnering with the hotel leadership team, the Human Resource Services team is responsible for making our hotels famous for teams of people who bring great energy, skill, and results to their work.
