The Housekeeping department has an important role in providing our guests with a memorable stay, at each hotel managed by SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. Under the leadership of the Executive Housekeeper and Manager, this is achieved by ensuring cleanliness standards are consistent and effective, and most importantly using safe and healthy techniques.

The housekeeping team works closely with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure all areas of the hotel are in excellent condition, and that guests needs are anticipated, providing them a "home away from home."
