The General Manager is the leader who most strongly believes in, communicates and exemplifies the goals, strategies and values that enliven the hotel each and every day, in each and every aspect of the hotel's operation and administration. They are the chief strategist, leading the development and execution of the strategies that will make the hotel the most compellingly differentiated and lively hotel in its market.
They are ultimately responsible for all aspects of hotel operations and through their leadership, coaching and mentoring of hotel associates, supervisors and managers they ensure the maximization of revenue and market share, as well as associate and guest satisfaction.
