The Maintenance and Engineering department plays a crucial role in the hotel by taking a proactive and preventative approach to maintaining the hotel. Maintenance and Engineering is responsible the maintenance operations and upgrades for the exterior and interior facilities, including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural, ground care and overall smooth operation within the hotel. To ensure efficient operations of all systems, this department builds key relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintenance and Engineering also offers a diversity of manual and skilled-work which includes construction, carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical and mechanical repair.
