The Accounting and Finance department is charged with the fiscal management of SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts by providing accurate financial reporting, analysis and recommendations for the hotel in accordance with corporate and governmental policies, systems and controls. The Accounting and Finance team provides fundamental information to assist the General Manager and the Department Leaders in achieving the hotel's financial goals, objectives and initiatives. The department maintains a system of accounts and internal controls to provide accurate monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts and recommendations while providing an effective safeguard over the assets and revenues of the hotel.
