In 2008 he joined Westmont Hospitality Group (WHG) as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for their three downtown Windsor properties, including the Hilton Windsor and the Radisson Riverfront Windsor. In 2011 Vishal was transferred to WHG’s corporate office as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for 13 hotels, and later was awarded the responsibility of selling for their entire Canadian portfolio.

Herman has also been appointed as an employer member of the Canadian Industrial Relations Board for a 2 year mandate.

Prior to that, she worked for seven years in the interior design industry specializing in hotel design for a variety of hotel owners and brands.

His passion for the real estate industry led him to Intrawest ULC and other real estate companies dealing with the Westin and the Trump Hotel Collection brands. Prior to joining SilverBirch, Steve worked for HSBC Bank Canada developing their financial and management reports.

Her most recent assignment has been as Senior Project Manager with HSBC Bank of Canada, managing multiple Finance initiative projects for HSBC’s global platforms.
